While I encourage clients to share their ideas and dreams, it’s important that they provide clear, detailed instructions to ensure their expectations are met. If gemstones are provided, they must be either insured or certified for quality and authenticity. If the client would like to use their own artwork, are required to submit precise measurements and sizes to ensure the final piece meets their expectations. Holly Spagnola Design is not responsible for any issues that arise if these requirements are not fulfilled. Additionally, a 50% deposit is required upon receiving the estimate, which constitutes a binding contract to pay the remaining balance before the custom item is shipped. Full payment is due prior to delivery. Furthermore, Holly Spagnola Design will not replicate the work of other artisans and reserves the right to refuse custom requests at its discretion. If the client fails to communicate clearly and promptly, Holly Spagnola Design disclaims liability for the outcome of the custom work. By entering into this agreement, the client acknowledges these terms and agrees to all conditions outlined above.
